As part of a cooperative affiliate ad sales promotion, NBC Uni Cable and Time Warner offered fans of "Monk" a chance to win a trip to L.A. to meet actor Tony Shalhoub. The promotion was exclusively available to the MSO’s 31 divisions; at least 6 markets showed a 13% ratings increase or better for the Feb 21 debut, vs the prior season premiere.
