Advanced Digital Broadcast (ADB) will be presenting its latest innovations at TelcoTV 2010 in Las Vegas this week. ADB will demonstrate sub-one-second channel change on both the ADB-5721WNX high definition digital video recorder and the ADB-3721WN high definition set-top box.

Also on display will be ADB’s fast-boot software. This solution provides a quick start, going from no power to full video and menus in under 7 seconds. Electricity savings are thereby encouraged, as consumers won’t hesitate anymore to switch off their device after use.

The ADB-5721WNX and the ADB-3721WN are ADB’s latest IPTV devices, which are HCNA certified, for interactive TV, over-the-top and home networking.
