In January, Myers was promoted to his current post. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he is now responsible for Cox’s day-to-day operations in that area, leading a team of 400 employees. The Northern Virginia market represents 380K of Cox Virginia’s 1.5 million video, Internet and phone subscriptions. “In senior leadership roles, I consider the following table stakes during the interview process: accomplishments, experience and education,” says Myers.
