Goetz is charged with Time Warner Cable’s operations for the entire West Region, which includes southern California, Texas and Hawaii—a total of more than 2 million customers. When TWC restructured its regional operations last year into two from five, the experienced Goetz was tapped for this lofty post. He had a 19-year stint at Comcast prior to joining TWC, where he served parts of the southeastern U.S., New Jersey, Philadelphia and Michigan.
