Bill Stemper
Title: President, Comcast Business Services
Education: BS, Electrical Engineering, Marquette; MBA, University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business

Why Him? With Wall Street (and management) expecting commercial services to bring in big revenue, Stemper and his team must drive initiatives that attract both small- and mid-sized businesses to his Comcastic products and services. He’s delivering, with Comcast Business now the fastest growing sector of Comcast’s business. In Q4, revenue increased 32% to $660 million. Revenue grew another 27% in Q1. Stemper’s division is rolling out new services, including advanced voice and Metro Ethernet network services, as Comcast looks to add even more clients to its roster, particularly in the mid-size category. He’s juggling it all—and somehow has managed to never have had a cup of coffee in his entire life. Wow. ?
