Why Them? Brennan and Campbell are the heart of Cox’s operations and this is a cabler known for running a smooth ship as it services its 6 million customers. Earlier this year, Cox boosted Campbell to an expanded role giving her oversight of the company’s entire field system, after handling field ops for the Eastern division. As part of their work this past year, they consolidated field systems from 11 to 9 to create mote efficiencies.

Year Ahead: Cox will be disbanding wireless service in 2012. Untangling any service takes a lot of manhours.
