Hevey pushed for TWC’s new regional structure, which has the MSO operating with two standardized geographic regions, allowing for more ability to leverage scale, best practices and compete with brands that have extensive national footprints. Her strategic vision has not gone unnoticed, in particular by NCTA, which selected her for the 2011 Vanguard Award for Cable Operations Management. Hevey was also named “Charlotte’s Business Woman of the Year.”
