It hasn’t been the easiest of times for Fili-Krushel, who took over the NBCU News Group last July and has faced ratings declines on both the broadcast and cable side. But this is an executive who counts resourcefulness as one of her key qualities, and lately she has shared insights on how she and MSNBC President Phil Griffin are going to right the ship.
