Chillianis has overseen high school network MSG Varsity’s strategic initiatives, including its relaunch in HD and addition of live sports coverage. “We have 600 schools in our footprint. We’re dealing with 600 unique entities. So the hardest part about the job is serving each one of those with a custom plan that’s going to work for each one of those schools,” she recently told Sports Business Daily. She’s most proud of the 140-member team she leads and how far they’ve come in three years.
