Comcast’s Oregon/SW Washington Region is known throughout the company for its pioneering product launches, and Fore is at the fore. But beyond that, he’s a true champion of his employees. Proof lies in the region’s high level of employee feedback—and customer service scores. A graduate of West Point, a pilot and a massive Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Fore thinks the biggest innovation in cable over the last year is remote apps for iPads and iPhones. And what would his app do, if he created one? “Clean my golf clubs and take out the garbage.” Let us know when it’s out—we’ll be all over that.
