Rozek created a program giving employees incentives to suggest game-changing ideas to senior leadership to improve customer service, the work environment and business results. It seems to be working: Seattle’s customer operations metrics are among the best at Comcast. And it’s not only about the consumer business. In 2013, Rozek committed to growing the number of satisfied business customers as well.
