Keib and Munley drive innovation in residential services in two of the MSO’s key markets. Keib this year was behind a slew of new products, from added amenities to sophisticated home security services. TWC just launched a new Signature Home package, which includes upgraded customer service, the TWC iPad app, whole house DVR, Internet On The Go, wideband, digital home phone and more. On the East Coast, Munley is also on top of a host of product launches, including new whole-house DVR for the region’s 4.2 million customers. Prior to taking over Residential Services in the East Region, he directed divisions in West Carolina, Syracuse, Charlotte and Minneapolis. In the latter two regions, he received the Most Improved Division Award for employee relations, financial and customer satisfaction performance.
