Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are for a prepaid 6-month or 12-month subscription term. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for another subscription term of the same time period. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your account at the end of your current subscription term (the “Renewal Date”). Access Intelligence will automatically renew your subscription each term on the Renewal Date until such time that you cancel your subscription or Access intelligence no longer offers the Cablefax Daily publication.

Notice Of Automatic Renewal

You will receive an email notice approximately 30 days prior to the Renewal Date. This notice will let you know that your current Cablefax Daily term is about to end and provide you with the Renewal Date, which will serve as the date when your subscription will be renewed and your account charged. All notices regarding your subscription will be sent to your most recent email of record. To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so prior to the Renewal Date. Subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting our client services department at 1-800-777-5006 or via email at [email protected]. Please keep a record of when your subscription term ends and the next Renewal Date. You are responsible for the timely cancellation of your Cablefax Daily subscription.

Payment And Price

The renewal payment will automatically be charged to the same credit card that you used for the current subscription. Please notify Access intelligence’s Customer Service team at 1-800-777-5006 before the Renewal Date of any changes to your email, account or billing information. The renewal price will be the same price as for the prior subscription term unless Access intelligence gives you advance notice of a price change. You will also receive a notice if there are any changes to the subscription service terms.

Refunds

We will refund your initial subscription or renewal payment provided that you cancel your listing during the 30-day period following the subscription date. After the end of the 30-day refund period, any refunds will be prorated for the balance of the remaining subscription term.

How To Cancel Automatic Renewal

You must contact Access Intelligence’s Customer Service at 1-800-777-5006 to cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so prior to the Renewal Date. Cancellations taking place within 30 days following the Renewal date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations taking place 30+ days following the Renewal date will be refunded on a prorated basis.
