T-Mobile CEO John Legere is bidding adieu to the Un-carrier he helped rebuild in April, and second-in-command Mike Sievert is stepping up to take over the job. And while the wireless company was announcing the succession plans, FCC chmn Ajit Pai revealed that the Commission will head a public auction of the C-band before the end of next year.
