The future of spectrum policy in the U.S. will need to be flexible and work in multiple ways for both federal and commercial users. An industry panel at NTIA’s Spectrum Symposium discussed what a successful spectrum strategy could entail, emphasizing the need to embrace sharing and reuse. Those policies will take cooperation and critical thinking to get the best result, something Cox Virginia’s VP, Technology, Engineering and Operations Toni Stubbs knows plenty about.
