Last week ended with a bang as the Supreme Court released a few opinions, and one that caught many eyes was the overturning of the Chevron doctrine in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo. The decision is set to impact folks like the FCC as it continues to battle in court over controversial orders related to net neutrality and digital discrimination. Sparks flew over in the House of Representatives as well with Republican leadership stepping in to stop a markup on highly anticipated federal privacy legislation.
