Broadband providers across the country are waiting for oral arguments to begin on what could be a landmark case for copyright law. The Fourth Circuit is reviewing a $1 billion jury award against Cox after music labels claimed secondary copyright infringement due to illegal music downloads made by the ISP's subscribers.
