Thanksgiving week started with big news coming from Disney. Bob Chapek, who held the CEO position for less than three years and had his contract extended in February, stepped down over the weekend. His replacement is a familiar face: Bob Iger, who'll come out of retirement and return for a two-year term, ringing well for Disney’s stocks as of early Monday. As Disney looks to Iger to lead it forward, those in the ad world are looking for ways to make it through the current economic downturn. One thing giving executives confidence is addressable advertising.
