Cox Communications is undergoing structural changes, which will lead to a few notable planned departures at the end of the year. Of those exits include Anthony Pope, who’s retiring as Region Manager for the Central Division, and Suzanne Fenwick, who’s also retiring from her post as Head of Content Acquisition. As Cox goes through changes, the FTC is looking to make adjustments for consumers with its “click-to-cancel” rule. However, some groups including NCTA are rallying against the measure.
