The effort to drive more momentum for the Affordable Connectivity Program received a boost from the FCC and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The two agencies formed a partnership to promote the ACP among federal housing assistance recipients, coming at a time when Congress has yet to address re-funding and leaving the program with an unclear future. An uncertain future is a theme shared by both college football programs and fans across the country. The season kicked off Saturday in what will be the final season before new broadcast deals and conference realignment kicks into effect.
