With the holiday season fast approaching, lawmakers are shifting their focus to what the federal government's agenda will look like in 2022. The Build Back Better Act won't find time on the Senate floor until early next year and there are still plenty of questions as to how the FCC will manage a smooth transition of the Emergency Broadband Benefit program to the permanent Affordable Connectivity Fund.
