The fiber fever was alive and well at Fiber Connect 2024. Attendees descended upon Nashville to discuss what the future of high-speed connectivity could look like as offerings of higher internet speeds are becoming more popular, but some are looking at how fiber’s growth could spread beyond a household. Others are looking at how the internet should be regulated. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit granted a request for a stay of the FCC’s Title II approval, setting up a courtroom battle in late October.
