The Skinny

It may be cloudy in the meantime, but the dust could be settling for a few folks undergoing periods of transition. The Washington Nationals and Baltimore Orioles ended their years-long dispute surrounding their shared RSN MASN. The Nats will remain with the net through the 2025 season, but after that, the team will hit the open market for its local rights for the first time since becoming a franchise in 2005. Elsewhere, Paramount Global reiterated the expectation of its merger with Skydance closing in the first half of 2025. Fubo also pulled the curtain back on how its company will operate once it completes the combination with Hulu + Live TV.
