The 2024 Winter Educational Conference began with a bang as NCTC revealed that the Kentucky-based TVS Cable became its first member to launch mobile services through its MVNO partnerships. Customers can already sign up, but marketing is expected to begin soon, and many other NCTC members will be watching to see how TVS’ venture into the mobile space goes. Many are also waiting to see how Warner Bros. Discovery, Fox Corp. and ESPN’s sports streaming jv unfolds. WBD President/CEO David Zaslav said the company will be aggressive in its approach to the offering and that the product itself is far along.
