Diversity Week returned as The WICT Network welcomed many to its 2022 Leadership Conference in New York City. It’s the event’s first in-person iteration since the start of the pandemic, leading to the theme of “The Great Reset.” While ideas and thoughts on the future of the workplace are being shared among Conference attendees, Nielsen is also working toward a more diverse environment behind the camera. The measurement company is developing a product that lets customers see diversity information for offscreen contributors on shows played on TV, cable, satellite or streaming.
