Net neutrality is back on the debate docket as Senators Ed Markey (D-MA), Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Congresswoman Doris Matsui (D-CA) introduced the Net Neutrality and Broadband Justice Act. The legislation would classify broadband under Title II and allow the FCC to put net neutrality rules back in place. Something that still hasn’t lost its place in the U.S. is linear TV. NCTC members recognize video is still a big part of the value they present to customers, with EPB finding 40% of its customers still utilizing video services.
