Neville is reshaping the culture of Comcast’s Beltway region, being instrumental in the creation of a new People & Culture Council to drive inclusive engagement. He supported the shift in hiring efforts to ensure a diverse pipeline of talent was being accessed for each open position, and he led an upskilling initiative for the region’s frontline technicians to open new doors. He cites the late Shawn Leavitt, Comcast’s former SVP, Total Rewards, as someone who made him feel like he could finally bring his authentic self to corporate America. “Shawn was a wonderful example for me and other young LGBTQ+ team members—he was a respected and successful executive who overcame adversity in his youth and went on to serve in a leadership role at a Fortune 50 company,” Neville says.
