D’Alimonte has been instrumental in carriage deals for the Viacom cable channels, spearheading distribution agreements with AT&T, an early renewal with NCTC and adding Pluto TV to Comcast products. She helped facilitate the acquisition with beIN to acquire 49% of Miramax, which included an exclusive long-term distribution agreement for the company’s film library. Not to mention she provided legal counsel and strategy to CEO Bob Bakish to help complete the merger with CBS. D’Alimonte oversees one of the largest departments at ViacomCBS—a global team of hundreds of employees involved in virtually all aspects of the business.
