MIKE AND SETH REVEAL THE FINALISTS FOR THE 2009 PROGRAM AWARDS: That's right... Seth and Mike don their tuxes and join a who's-who of celebrity guests at the Kodak Theater in L.A. to announce the finalists for the entertainment industry's biggest awards show ever.
