Touting them as the industry's first enterprise-level 802.11ac access point (AP) products, Huawei says its 802.11ac APs include two models: the AP7030DN-AC and AP7130DN-AC that support throughput of as much as 1.3 Gbps at 5G frequency and 1.75 Gbps at dual frequency. They help facilitate wireless services that need high bandwidth, including HD video streaming, multimedia activities and cloud desktop access…Toshiba Corporation will launch a 200mA-output single LDO regulator fabricated with a newly developed micro-CMOS process; features include low-noise output, high ripple rejection ratio, responsiveness under high-speed loads and low drop-out. According to the company, the LDO regulator achieves a low-noise output of 18μVrms (2.5V output), an excellent ripple rejection ratio of 62dB at high frequency (2.5V output, f = 10kHz), excellent responsiveness under high-speed loads of ΔVOUT = ±65mV (IOUT = 1mA ⇔ 150mA, COUT = 1.0μF), and low drop-out characteristics of 80mV (2.5V output, IOUT = 100mA). ADS 2012 can be downloaded here…The MxL608, a high-performance digital TV tuner optimized for DVB-T and DTMB applications, now is available from Maxlinear Inc. as part of its MxL600 “super radio” family of 4 mm x 4 mm, 65nm pure digital CMOS tuners with superior tuning sensitivity. It can be used in digital converter set-top boxes (STBs), digital TVs and free-to-air STBs. The unit features an integrated RF loop-through and an input power detector.
