David J. Rayner is coming back to EchoStar as CFO, replacing current CFO Kenneth G. Carroll, who is taking on the broadened role of executive vice president/Corporate and Business Development. Rayner left EchoStar a year ago to work with a Denver-based startup…Wireless broadband provider Cambium Networks hired Martin Lorenz as regional sales manager for Germany, Switzerland and Austria; he will be based in Germany. Most recently, Lorenz worked for Motorola Solutions, and he has served stints with Ericsson, Damovo Deutschland, Arcor AG (Vodafone plc) and Freecom…Dr. Xing Fan, vice president/Development & Engineering at China-based Sky-mobi Limited, is leaving the company; his duties will be assumed by CTO Li Ou.
