The upcoming ITU Telecom World 2012 Forum in Dubai (Oct. 14-18) will focus on Leadership and Innovation, Delivering Broadband, Beyond Connectivity, Smart Applications and Designing The Future…The IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) is offering a $950 (members) combo package regarding seats to its next five-day online course “Wireless Communications Engineering Intermediate Fundamentals Review & Current Practices,” set for July 23–27, and the Fall IEEE Wireless Communication Engineering Technologies (IEEE WCET) Certification Exam, set for Sept. 7- Oct. 27. During each day of the online course (9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and then 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. EST) participants can interact with instructors through Webinar chat functions and can test their comprehension of covered material through a series of short quizzes and problems-solving scenarios.
