DukeNet Communications: After joining the company late last year, Mike Taylor was named vice president/Network Operations for the regional fiber provider, responsible for all facets of network operations, including process improvements, quality assurance, technical customer care and training.
Penthera Partners Inc.: Former Insight Communications exec Melani Griffith was hired as executive vice president/Business Development, and she reunites with Insight’s former CEO Michael Willner at the software development and licensing company. Prior to joining Insight as senior vice president/Programming and Video Product in 2004, Griffith ran the eastern division for affiliate sales at AMC Networks, and she was an account executive in advertising sales for Fox Cable Networks.
CCI Systems: Ed Finger joins the Mich.-based concern from Advanced Network Information as consulting systems engineer, bringing to the table knowledge in such service-provider solutions as small cell, mobile backhaul and DOCSIS 3.0. Finger sports numerous multilevel Cisco certifications, including being a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor.
