Strategy & Technology Ltd.: Four-year company veteran Kate Chaux was appointed COO/Americas and Oliver Bagelman was hired as sales account manager at S&T. Both are located in Boulder, Colo. Chaux, previously director/Operations, Americas, has overseen S&T’s growing business in North America since her promotion to business manager in January 2010. Prior to joining S&T, she was at CableLabs. Bagelman previously held sales positions at Iron Mountain, Dell and Apple Computer.
