Lauren – WIGS
Starring Troian Bellisario from ABC Family’s “Pretty Little Liars,”this scripted YouTube drama tells the story of a soldier whoreports her own rape and ongoing assault by her superiors toher female commanding officer Major Jo Stone. Stone is forced to navigate the fine line between seeking justice for Lauren, while remaining loyal to the institution. Although fictionalized, it’s a brutally honest portrayal of the endless red tape and cold bureaucracy that many victims of sexual assault experience while serving in the military. And this series is just the latest example of excellent premium content online.
