Over-the-top services may get a lot of attention these days, but viewers are also turning to pay TV’s electronic-sell-through, or EST, which gives consumers the option to buy to own TV and movie titles within the cable ecosystem and could quickly become a major revenue generator for the industry.

Deals with major content providers such as Warner Bros, Lionsgate and 21st Century Fox are enabling distributors to make blockbuster movies and the most popular TV series available on VOD well before DVD release windows—when the properties are still hot and can be most readily monetized. Another selling point: customers can buy and view the content via their set-tops and store them on the cloud, without the need for an additional device.

For marketers and business leaders looking to tap new revenue sources, EST is a potential boon that enables both operators and programmers to further monetize the VOD platform.

At Cablefax’s webinar, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand the ins and outs of EST, and how it all works.
  • Supercharge EST growth through savvy marketing tactics and strategies.
  • Maximize EST revenue using the latest selling techniques.
  • Overcome challenges by increasing the value of EST content.
  • Find EST partners and create win-win deals.
  • Apply successful EST strategies that have worked for others.

Join as we discuss these issues and get your questions answered during this must-attend Cablefax webinar!
