Inside The Beltway 07/20/12
The FCC’s second study on broadband performance, released late yesterday, says most ISPs (96 percent) are delivering broadband speeds as advertised. All percentages improve from last year’s survey. The commish afforded Cablevision special kudos for its year-over-year improvement.
