Rogers Boosts Internet Speeds for Select Markets

Rogers Communications has announced an increase in speed for the fastest Rogers hi-speed Internet service in Fredericton and Saint John, New Brunswick.

The Ultimate Internet service will provide customers with download speeds of up to 70 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 2 Mbps.

The Ultimate service is currently available in Fredericton and Saint John, and will be rolled out throughout the Rogers Atlantic footprint by mid 2010.

For $99.99 a month this service includes a monthly usage allowance of up to 175 GB. There will be no increase to the monthly rate of Ultimate with the speed increase.
