About the Webinar |
With several cable carriage fights brewing and other PR crises cropping up every week, both cable operators and content providers increasingly must factor public opinion into the equation. But this is a complicated landscape. Consumers get their messages not only from traditional channels such as TV and newspapers but also from the Internet and social media. Ultimately, they get much of their information from each other through word of mouth where filters are obsolete. Meanwhile, firestorms can crop up out of nowhere during any price hike, reality show gaffe or countless other events that affect brand perception. Join us for this webinar so you will know how, when and where to react to any crisis.
