About the Trainers

Chris Molinari
Partner
Movable Content

Chris Molinari is focused on creating exceptional web content for clients. With over 25 years of traditional PR experience, Chris has been helping brands strategically find their brand voice and creating news and story angles for press exposure. Formerly, Vice President of Global Communications for Aveda, she spearheaded all public relations and communications initiatives for the brand. Chris created the first online press room in the beauty industry for Aveda and made the brand's press communications paperless -- another first for the industry. She also was the primary force behind Aveda's re-entry into fashion and developed a number of high profile environmental initiatives for the brand, all of which are still being implemented today.

Prior to joining Aveda, she owned and managed her
own PR agency and represented upscale beauty and fashion clients including including Aveda, Manuel Canovas, Fendi, Clearasil, and Clinique among others. Prior to starting her own business, Chris was the Executive Director of Public Relations Worldwide for Prescriptives, a division of Estee Lauder. There she handled both global and domestic public relations for the brand. Her primary focus was on broadening the beauty editors' knowledge and awareness of Prescriptives and creating a more global image for the brand. Prior to Estee Lauder, she served as Director of Public Relations for Guerlain, where she successfully relaunched the renowned French fragrance house in the United States with the beauty press, and generated greater awareness for the company's skincare and cosmetic lines. Chris has extensive PR agency experience and has supervised a wide range of brands including Erno Laszlo, The Skin Cancer Foundation, Escada, Swarovski, Hershey’s,Pfizer and AT&T.

Chris holds bachelor degrees in both international relations and public relations from the University of Southern California.
