SeaChange scored a win in its long-running patent case with Arris, which started back in 2000. A US District Court denied Arris’ motion to hold SeaChange in contempt of a permanent injunction. But that’s not the end. “The court’s ruling does not find that SeaChange product has avoided infringement of Arris intellectual property nor does it resolve the litigation between Arris and SeaChange,” Arris said.
