A day after a somewhat raucous DISH earnings call in which Charlie Ergen took aim at the channels, AMC Networks ' CEO Josh Sapan maintained his stance that the satellite company's removal of the networks is related to pending litigation over defunct HD channel service Voom. DISH has said it expects to lose some subs, but it should be manageable (Cfax , 8/9).
