While McFadden markets Comcast’s cable division product lines, she’s also an active mentor for women at Comcast and through the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. She also wants to be a good role model. “[A successful career is] if I can leave a legacy my children will be proud of and know that they now have choices to have a wonderful career and raise a family as well,” she says.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

With my family, walking the beach with our new puppy, or snuggled on the couch binge watching our favorite  TV shows (of course on NBC).

How do you define a successful career?

Successful career…if I can leave a legacy my children will be proud of and know that they now have choices to have a wonderful career and raise a family as well.
