What’s the most important aspect of mentoring?
A strong mentoring partnership is one that is mutually beneficial—leveraging each other and their networks. Effective mentors are great listeners and help mentees to look at the bigger picture by asking questions and offering suggestions. Great mentees are open to new ideas, curious and may provide an outlook that inspires mentors to think differently.
