While there are many stories to choose from, I would have to select consolidation among pay TV distribution companies as the top story for cable this year.

I would define a successful career as one that includes maintaining a positive work-life balance, enjoying what you do and who you work with, being continually challenged, always learning and being respected by your colleagues.

I have found that scheduling the personal stuff helps to maintain the personal-professional life balance best. If you schedule it you do it. If you don’t schedule it, it may not happen.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

These days you will find me outside either walking my dogs, working in the flower gardens or poolside.
