Wireless + Cable—Comcast, TWC Adding Markets; Cox Evaluating OK City

On Thursday, Comcast and Time Warner Cable announced co-marketing launches in additional states. Cox’s newly appointed COO, Jill Campbell, talked to us about Cox’s lone market launch and the defunct Cox Wireless.
