Another former Adelphia exec was derided Thurs, as US District Court Judge P. Kevin Castel found former Adelphia exec Michael Mulcahey engaged in "massive fraud" during the MSO’s notorious accounting scandal. As part of a civil action brought by the SEC, Castel further found Mulcahey "a critical participant who enabled the fraud. He was not duped. He is knowledgeable, experienced and reasonably savvy." The judge ordered that a permanent injunction against future securities law violations be entered against Mulcahey.
